Veritas

Hully crap. I feel like I'm spending about half my time learning these days - this project with Veritas Storage Foundation for RAC means that I have to learn not only Veritas Volume Manager - a big ball o' hair on its own - but Veritas Cluster Server, which, while rad on first look, is quirky and chock-full of wierd proprietary ideas.

Here's to another long day of reading books and webpages and trying to iron out the concepts necessary to do my job right.

VCS is the only software I've ever seen where there is a correct, defined, _appropriate_ path of behavior that results in kernel panic.
