In short, the same _stupid_, insipid, blatant neural failure I had on the last game. So I was stressed. Going to give a few weeks to Becky, who's going to run BESM. Yay for the break just before quarter end, so maybe I can just work on class.
A little background track to loosen me up, and I'm slowly rejoining the humans. Slept wrong last night, not sure why, but I felt hip-sore all day, like I'd done something to the cuff. Gone by evening, but I hate feeling fragile.
Played NWN with friends multiplayer, setup sucked, but once set, it was a fairly slick experience. Plan to try to set up a time to multiplay again. Would love to set up a setting to _run_ a game in, but I'm already short on time; maybe I'll write something over summer. Wouldn't have to be much if I GM'd it.
Of course, by the end of the summer, what I'll want to do is play Shadows of Undrentide multiplayer. Yes...
Sleep is good, wish I could.
Topic for a future philosophical rant: Why do I like revenge so much? Revenge films tend to be my favorite - Count of Monte Cristo, Boondock Saints, Contact... (Contact? you ask disbelievingly? Thematically, it takes a long-awaited Louisville Slugger to big-S Science which gives me a warm glow. -- 'Are you telling me that you've come in here without a single shred of proof, and you expect us all to take your story... on _faith_?') But yeah, what's up with that?
