Whee, finance-foo

Certainly not finance-fu, since my fu is weak. Planning ahead for expenses is _clearly_ a weak point on my charts. Couple of days ago, I got mail from Apple reminding me that the one-year anniversary of my Powerbook purchase was rolling around and I'd need to buy a warranty extension to have coverage for the next two years while I'm still paying this beast off.

Today, I realized it's the beginning of the month and I didn't mail out rent yesterday.... So yeah, poor planning. Peeves me and how.

OTOH, last month I spent well below budget, so incredibly, I'm not feeling like buying top-ramen this month. Maybe I can do it again and actually be able to afford to go on vacation for a week soon :-)
