Sickness, and being owned.
Mar. 10th, 2005 11:18 amFirst, colds suck. This one sucks in the 'sick enough I can't think, but not so sick I can't move' kinda sick. I think I'm going to go home come lunchtime and call this a sickday.
Second off, World of Warcraft is getting ready to roll out their first major content patch - basically getting many of the features they've wanted to put in since before the production rollout, in. Battlegrounds are still in the wings (or rather, on the Test server), but at least the Honor system is rolling in, which is nice, plus swarms and scads of classrebalancing (I'll be staying away from the whiny forumbitches for the next few... oh wait, I don't read forums.), and UI features which the open-source folks thought were cool and Blizzard integrated.
Little things. So WoW owns me, entirely too much. I recently added Netflix to my feature tree, which means that I'll be able to watch the movies I want to watch without breaking the bank. Subscription business models rock.
Um. Can't wait for Incredibles on DVD, can't wait for R&G are Dead on DVD (Thanks again for pointing that out,
stride!)...
Tired, braindead, g'night...
