Animal Crossing + work + other

So lessee. Work continues to be interesting - an ex-Sun tech has joined us as a new Unix sysadmin - she's got a fair amount of training, but not a lot of experience in sysadmin. She's got many many years working with the hardware tho. Should be fun to train.

Animal crossing. I continue to play this silly game. Becky's holiday gift was a copy for herself, which feels very weird, since she was part of my town, and now she's moved to her own. Wireless visits are cool, tho. After giving her her copy last night, we promptly proceeded to make enough money to upgrade my Nookway and her Nook's Cranny, so both our stores are closed today. Guess I just get to store stuff up for tomorrow.

Winter is coming. I'm finally reading Song of Ice and Fire allaway through to the most current book. We'll see if I can stick with it.
