Frustrations galore…

Some days, it just doesn’t pay to get out of bed.  Application server misbehaving with obscure messages, users complaining about service outages (which we can’t reproduce) and not answering simple questions about the supposed outage so we can help, Users complaining we aren’t helping them, when they haven’t requested help… I’m bubbling over with rage today, because the problems are coming at me and mine in such a way that I can’t even usefully chase one of them.

Tempted to give today a miss; a little more rage and I’ll start yelling at people instead of talking rationally to them.
