Grandpa's going...

Learned about an hour ago that my grandfather is dying. He's had leukemia for a while now, and has been fighting it vigorously. It's been hard for him, and everything has gotten harder with a lowered immune system, less energy, and generally limited choices.

I'll be going down south tomorrow to see him in the hospital, my dearest angel Rae taking a day off to transport my sorry carless butt down there, God bless her.

The only reason I'm standing up to it as well as I am is because there're people in the house with me. It'll all come out eventually.

I'm going to miss him so much...
